We develop AI or machine learning tools to solve many real life problems. We have been doing research on several areas not limited to:

Proteomics (protein fold recognition, structural class prediction, protein function detection, MoRFs detection, post-translational modification problems etc.), gene selection, drug-analysis using multi-omics data, supervised learning, unsupervised learning, computer security (intrusion detection, masquerade detection) and so on.

We have developed online webservers and released codes, useful for researchers and scientists.
